As of January 1, 2026, the CRH Americas Deferred Compensation Plan has moved to Fidelity Investments®. No action is needed on your part to move your account balance from Deferral Direct (Queally Group) to Fidelity. As has been previously communicated, both service providers require a blackout period, expected to end during the week of January 25, 2026, during which you will be unable to access your account. Once the transition is complete, you will receive notification from Fidelity and you can manage your account online through Fidelity NetBenefits® at www.netbenefits.com or by calling a Fidelity representative at the Fidelity Benefits Service Center at 800-835-5095, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. ET.
